Shipping policy

Processing & delivery

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 3–5 business days across the UAE. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During peak periods — including new collection launches and sale events — processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll always keep you informed via email.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to all emirates across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We also ship to select GCC countries — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. International shipping timelines may vary and will be confirmed at checkout.

Shipping fees

Standard shipping within the UAE is AED 25. Enjoy free shipping on all UAE orders over AED 500. Shipping fees for GCC and international destinations are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the Track My Order link in your email or directly on our website. If you have not received a tracking update within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please reach out to us.

Delays & exceptions

While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Rouja is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Returns & exchanges

Not quite right? We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Visit our Returns Policy page for full details.
